Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain ProteinRx products may be offered through a subscription or preorder. This policy explains how those purchase options work and how they may be changed or canceled.

The specific price, billing frequency, estimated availability, and other terms displayed when you place an order form part of your purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize ProteinRx and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring product deliveries at the price and frequency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to each recurring order unless expressly included in the displayed subscription price.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions continue and renew automatically until canceled.

Your payment information is stored securely by Shopify or the applicable payment provider. ProteinRx generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

The price charged for each recurring order will be the applicable subscription price disclosed to you, subject to any permitted changes. If we make a material change to subscription pricing or terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Managing a Subscription

You may use your customer account, subscription-management link, or order-confirmation email to:

• View upcoming subscription orders.

• Change an available delivery date or frequency.

• Skip an upcoming delivery, when supported.

• Update an available shipping address or payment method.

• Cancel the subscription.

Available management options may depend on the subscription service and the status of the next order.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next recurring order is processed.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, or submitted for fulfillment.

If a recurring order has already been processed, contact us promptly. We will attempt to accommodate a cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun.

Products already shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Failed Subscription Payments

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, we or our payment provider may retry the payment and notify you.

We may pause or cancel a subscription after repeated payment failures. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.

Subscription Discounts

A subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active and only to qualifying subscription orders. Subscription discounts generally cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Canceling a subscription does not retroactively change the price of properly completed prior orders.

Preorders

A preorder allows you to reserve a product before it is available for ordinary shipment.

The product page or checkout will disclose the amount due when the preorder is placed. Depending on the particular offer, we may:

• Charge the full purchase price at checkout.

• Collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance later.

• Authorize or store a payment method for a later charge.

By placing a preorder, you authorize the payment arrangement disclosed at checkout.

Estimated Availability

Any estimated production, fulfillment, or shipping date is a good-faith estimate and is not guaranteed.

Preorder timing may change because of manufacturing, ingredient, packaging, freight, quality-control, fulfillment, carrier, or other delays.

If a material delay occurs, we will attempt to notify you using the email address supplied with the order. Where appropriate or required by law, we may provide a revised estimate and an opportunity to continue waiting or cancel the unfulfilled preorder.

Canceling a Preorder

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder by emailing info@getproteinrx.com.

A preorder may be canceled for a refund before it enters fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. Our Return and Refund Policy will then apply.

If only a deposit was charged, an approved cancellation will refund the amount collected unless clearly disclosed preorder terms state otherwise and applicable law permits it.

Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Products

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, we may hold the complete order until every product is available unless:

• The product page states otherwise.

• Separate shipping is offered at checkout.

• We make another arrangement with you.

Any additional split-shipment charges will be disclosed or authorized before they are charged.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are ordinarily initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval, contact info@getproteinrx.com.

Changes to Purchase Options

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a subscription or preorder program. Changes will not eliminate rights associated with orders already accepted, except as permitted by the applicable purchase terms and law.
