Our protein blend uses a unique main ingredient derived from extracting the protein out of baker’s yeast cells.

This single-cell protein isolate is unique in that it doesn’t involve plants OR animals -- in fact, it comes from the fungal kingdom.

You get a complete protein with an amino acid profile similar to whey, without the allergens, and without using as much water, land, or pesticides.

Most people describe the flavor as something mild, like an oat or nut milk. Our current recipe is ‘Unflavored’ - we like to call it ‘naked’ - it’s simple, with a touch of monk fruit sweetener for flavor.
